Agumon's Evolution Line
Botamon (Baby) evolves into Koromon (Baby II) with time and food. Koromon evolves into Agumon (Child) with a Digivice, but permanently, unless he evolves further and uses more energy. Agumon evolves to Greymon (Adult) with a Digivice. Greymon evolves to Metal Greymon (Perfect) with a Digivice, Tag, the Crest of Courage, and if the user of the Crest is feeling...courageous. Agumon can warp evolve to his Ultimate/Final form of War Greymon if Taichi is hit with an arrow of Light in accordance with an ancient prophecy. After the initial evolution, only a Digivice, Tag, and Crest are required - although the Tag and Crest need not be the physical ones. War Greymon can jogress into Omegamon with Metal Garurumon with suffient holy energy.Gabumon's Evolution Line
Punimon (Baby) evolves into Tsunomon (Baby II) with time and food. Tsunomon evolves into Gabumon (Child) with a Digivice, but permanently, unless he evolves further and uses more energy. Gabumon evolves to Garurumon (Adult) with a Digivice. Garurumon evolves to Were Garurumon (Perfect) with a Digivice, Tag, the Crest of Friendship, and if the user of the Crest is trying to protect his or her friends. Gabumon can warp evolve to his Ultimate/Final form of Metal Garurumon if Yamato is hit with an arrow of Hope in accordance with an ancient prophecy. After the initial evolution, only a Digivice, Tag, and Crest are required - although the Tag and Crest need not be the physical ones. Nyokimon (Baby) evolves to Pyocomon (Baby II) naturally, with time. Pyocomon evolves to Piyomon (Child) with a Digivice, but once she does so it's permanent, unless she uses a lot of energy and devolves further back than Child. Piyomon evolves to Birdramon (Adult) with a Digivice. Birdramon then evolves to Garudamon, with a Digivice, Tag, the Crest of Love, and the owner of said item feeling...love. Garudamon's official Ultimate/Final form is Phoenixmon, although she never attains this in the show.Palmon's Evolution Line
Yuramon (Baby) evolves to Tanemon (Baby II) naturally, with time. Tanemon evolves to Palmon (Child) with a Digivice, but once she does so it's permanent, unless she uses a lot of energy and devolves further back than Child. Palmon evolves to Togemon (Adult) with a Digivice. Togemon then evolves to Lilymon, with a Digivice, Tag, the Crest of Purity, and the owner of said item being pure. Lilymon's official Ultimate/Final form is Rosemon, although she never attains this in the show.Patamon's Evolution Line
Poyomon (Baby) evolves to Tokomon (Baby II) naturally, with time. Tokomon evolves to Patamon (Child) with a Digivice, but once he does so it's permanent, unless he uses a lot of energy and devolves further back than Child. Patamon evolves to Angemon (Adult) with a Digivice. Angemon then evolves to Holy Angemon, with a Digivice, Tag, the Crest of Hope, and the owner of said item feeling hopeful. Holy Angemon's official Ultimate/Final form is Seraphimon, which he has attained in an out of continuity movie.Tailmon's Evolution Line
Yukimi Botamon (Baby) evolves to Nyaromon (Baby II) naturally, with time. Nyaromon evolves to Plotmon (Child) naturally, with time. Plotmon evolves to Tailmon (Adult) with years of Vamdemon's training. Tailmon evolves to Angewomon (Perfect) with a Digivice, Tag, and Crest of Light. What, exactly, the CC has to feel to activate the Crest is vague. Angewomon's official Ultimate/Final is Holy Dramon, which she obtained in an OOC movie.Gomamon's Evolution Line
Pichimon (Baby) evolves to Pukamon (Baby II) naturally, with time. Pukamon evolves to Gomamon (Child) with a Digivice, but once he does so it's permanent, unless he uses a lot of energy and devolves further back than Child. Gomamon evolves to Ikkakumon (Adult) with a Digivice. Ikkakumon then evolves to Zudomon, with a Digivice, Tag, the Crest of Faith. Again, what the owner has to feel or do to activate the Crest is vague. Zudomon's official Ultimate/Final form is Plesiomon, although he never attains this in the show.Tentomon's Evolution Line
Babumon (Baby) evolves to Motimon (Baby II) naturally, with time. Motimon evolves to Tentomon (Child) with a Digivice, but once he does so it's permanent, unless he uses a lot of energy and devolves further back than Child. Tentomon evolves to Kabuterimon (Adult) with a Digivice. Kabuterimon then evolves to Atlur Kabuterimon, with a Digivice, Tag, the Crest of Knowledge, activated by someone being knowledgable. Atlur Kabuterimon's official Ultimate/Final form is Heracles Kabutermon, although he never attains this in the show.Other Digimon's Evo Lines
Vamdemon's Evolution Line
Vamdemon's Baby, Baby II, Child, and Adult forms are unknown. Devimon does seem a likely candidate, but nothing is official. If Vamdemon is killed, but his mask remains, he can become Venom Vamdemon (Ultimate/Final). Venom Vamdemon was the first Ultimate/Final Digimon in Digimon, and he is actually fairly strong. It is impossible to kill him unless you hit being that controls Venom Vamdemon like a puppet, which resides around his stomach.Etemon's Evolution Line
Etemon's Baby, Baby II, and Child forms are unknown, although his Adult appears to be Sukamon. Etemon fused with his Dark Network, and the destruction of him and the network formed a rift that tossed him deep into space. In the millenia it took him to return to the Digital World, he gained enough energy to evolve to his Ultimate/Final form of Metal Etemon.Leomon's Evolution Line
Leomon's Baby, Baby II, Child, and Perfect forms ARE UNKNOWN. When the Digivices were used to free Leomon from Devimon's influence, the energy eventually caused him to warp uncontrollably to his Final/Ultimate form, Saber Leomon.
