With the release of a new V-Jump issue comes an update to the LCD site which brings an update to this site.

FujiTV has officially announced that they will air Digital Monsters X-Evolution on January 3rd, 2005 as a special animation. However, the release date of the VHS./DVDs has apparently been pushed back to sometime in February. Again, Digimon World X has been set to release on January 6th in Japan, apparently to coincide with the release of X-Evolution. That release date still holds for PS2, Gamecube, and X-Box. You may be able to find preorders at some sites.

I cannot find an official release date for the North American version of Digimon World 4, as it is still seemingly called, but GameFAQs reports to reasonable-sounding date of March 1st, 2005, except for the Gamecube, which is vastly different - August 24th. I'm fairly sure that will change, however.
My time is limited, so I'll keep it brief.

The Japanese release date of Digimon World X is now tentatively January 6th, 2005. Digital Monster X-Evolution may air on FujiTV (the channel Digimon has always aired on in Japan) on January 3rd as a special animation. Oddly, the LCD site also reports that X-Evolution is only 75 minutes long. Perhaps some scenes were cut?
Concerning the information about Digimon X-Evolution I posted earlier, if there were any doubts, CNN confirms the length of the movie.
Imagi is also working with Bandai Co., Japan's largest toymaker, on Digital Monster X-Evolution, an 80-minute 3-D animation to be completed in September.
CNN.com
The link may not work forever, however, because I'm told CNN plays games with their links.
Updated the encyclopedia with the missing Booster 21 cards, and so the entries for Ancient MTmon, Ancient Mermaimon, Ancient Garurumon, Hanumon, Hououmon, Peacockmon, War Greymon, Ogremon, Gorimon, Goblimon, Archelomon, Mermaimon, Orcamon, Shellmon, Octomon, Marine Angemon, Marine Devimon, Hangyomon, Ebidramon, Ikkakumon, Zudomon, Togemon X, Vikemon, Ornismon, Owlmon, Shakkoumon, Labramon, Strike Dramon, Cyber Dramon, Justimon, Org and Meluuga, Musyamon, and Kotemon are all updated. Since none of them are actually new Digimon, the only new information in most are evolution requirements and attack power . . .

There's nothing new on Digital Monster X-Evolution, or anything Japanese-related except for Digimon Internet Battle, the Japanese online Digimon game. There was a D-1 Tournament a few days ago, and there's some sort of special event involving Tentomon right now.

Oh, and I made some minor changes to some of the Adventure pages . . .

Apparently, from information from Imagi, the company working with Toei Animation and Bandai of Japan on the Digital Monster X-Evolution movie, the movie will be 80.5 minutes long (that's an hour and twenty minutes) and will be a direct-to-video (which doubtless means DVD as well). Direct-to-video will be a first for a Digimon movie, since in Japan, all the other movies showed in theaters. However, this means I will be able to see the movie much sooner than if it had been a theatrical release, so of course you will all be able to expect a summary when it comes out. Also, the movie will apparently be completed this month, although it's still set to be released in January or something in early 2005.
In October 2003, the Group reached a co-production agreement with Bandai Co. Ltd (“Bandai”), a global leading Japanese toy company, and Toei Animation Co. Ltd (“Toei”), a prominent film company in Japan, for the production of a full CG animated direct-to-video feature film titled “Digital Monster X-Evolution”. The story originated from a portable electronic game “Digital Monster” (also known as “Digimon”) developed by Bandai, whose popular game characters were subsequently produced into a popular and long-running TV animation series by Toei and broadcasted at Fuji TV channel in Japan from March 1999 through to March 2001. The direct to video CG animation film, a first for the “Digimon” franchise, is 80.5 minutes in length and is directed by Mr. Hiroyuki Kakudou, the director of TV animation series “Digimon Adventure” and “Digimon Adventure 2”. The film is expected to be completed by October 2004 and is scheduled for release in early 2005. Accordingly, revenue from this co-production will be reflected in the annual resultsfor the financial year ending 31st March 2005.

In site news, the encyclopedia has been updated with all the Digimon cards for Booster 17.
Quick update about Digimon World 4: the Japanese title has been changed to Digimon World X, and the release date is currently set for sometime in January 2005. This could and probably will change, as release dates for Digimon games do all too often. The game will be released on all consoles at the same time. It appears that the game will be based on the storyline of Digimon Chronicle.

Sorry that I don't have any content updates; the recent hurricane, me being very busy, and me having less access to this computer have all contributed to the lack of updates recently. I do have a few notes scattered about for different things, so next week maybe I'll throw some of that together and add some more pictures to the encyclopedia.
Well, I'm sure none of you noticed, but the first few Digimon or so in the encyclopedia have had pictures for the past week. Yay. More will be added whenever I feel like it~ there would be more already, but I just recently returned from a vacation.

The American version of Digimon Racing is definitely out now, I had forgotten to check up on it.

Digimon® Racing™ for the Game Boy® Advance Releases This August!

Available August 2004.

And you thought Digimon don't drive cars... well you're wrong. Digimon just got their first set of wheels and they're ready to tear up the tracks - over 15 if them! Look out - the Digimon are on a world-wide off-roading frenzy through lava fields, jungles, and cities... and no one is safe!

*Multiplayer games require one Game Pak per player and a Game Boy® Advance Game Link cable or a Game Boy® Advance Wireless Adapter™ (sold separately).

Bandai's Digimon Racing Site. I have seen the game in stores and on Ebay as well, so Bandai's not just making things up.

Digimon Rumble Arena 2 (Japanese title: Digimon Battle Chronicle) is supposed to be out in the US, but I haven't personally seen it and Bandai hasn't updated their DRA2 page. I have, however, seen it online, on Ebay and EB Games, if you're looking for it. This game is generally considered to be much better than the first. The full list of Digimon that appear in the game is in the Previous Updates page.

The new Digimon CCG is supposed to be out, but I haven't seen it either. For more information on that, see THIS SITE or THE OFFICIAL SITE.

And as I'm sure "D-trainer" from Serebii's anime forum would be happy to know, the first Digimon Adventure DVD volume has come out in the UK, containing five episodes, and you might have trouble finding it, because it's sold out in most places, apparently. For any non-UKers that want these DVDs, you'll need to buy a multi-region DVD player, since America and the UK have different DVD regions. Or if you're smart like me, you know how to change the region settings on your DVD player, and don't need one. ;p

Also, Bandai of Japan has gone into open beta testing with it's free online Digimon game, Digimon Internet Battle. w00t. I don't like it so far, my beautiful V-mon evolved into Togemon, and whenever I quit, all the enemies level up. A lot. Err, oh, and Bolgmon's entry is fixed up.
The encyclopedia was updated with Black Guilmon and Mikemon's name origin, and all of the Digimon Chronicle pages were updated in some way or another.
Booster 24 came out last week, and although I was able to translate it by the next day, it takes me time to format the translations into entries, since I have to do it by have. So therefore, the encyclopedia now has Phascomon and Pokyupmon as new Digimon, and updated entries include: War Greymon, Metal Greymon, Greymon, Agumon, Pico Devimon, Devimon, Vamdemon, Demon, Barbamon, Digitamamon, Lilithmon, Leviamon, Nanimon, Chuumon, Alphamon, Grademon, Raptordramon, DORUmon, Dobermon X, Cerberumon X, Magnamon X, Omegamon X, Dukemon X, Impmon, Dynasmon, Beelzebumon, Lucemon, Lucemon Falldown Mode, Cyberdramon, Dukemon Crimson Mode, Megalo Growmon, Black Growmon, Guilmon, Terriermon, Rapidmon, Maildramon, Magnamon, V-mon, V-Dramon, Phascomon, Pokyupamon, Aero V-Dramon, and Alforce V-Dramon. The only Digimon currently missing from the encyclopedia is Black Guilmon, who appeared for the first time in Digimon Battle Chronicle. Maybe I'll add him later, and no, I didn't get anything else done.
Well! We have a new host now, thanks to Cubmon of Cubmon's Den. We grovels before this kind and generous soul we do, the great one who released us from the evils of Coolfreepages! There shouldn't be any more ads; unfortunately, the poll and/or counter seemed to also be causing popups, so they are removed for now, until I can get my own php code for new ones, which I should have done a long time ago. I want to redo the whole layout anyway, but we'll see about that...

As for Digimon Rumble Arena 2 (English title)/Digimon Battle Chronicle (Japanese title), the following are confirmed characters and evolution lines according to Bandai of Japan games:
Agumon, Greymon, War Greymon
Black Agumon, Black Greymon, Black War Greymon
Gabumon, Garurumon, Metal Garurumon
Black Gabumon, Black Garurumon, Black Metal Garurumon
Palmon, Togemon, Lilymon
Patamon, Angemon, Holy Angemon
Piyomon, Birdramon, Garudamon
Tentomon, Kabuterimon, Atlur Kabuterimon
Gomamon, Ikakkumon, Zudomon
Tailmon, Nefertimon, Angewomon
V-mon, Fladramon, Imperial Dramon
Guilmon, Growmon, Dukemon
Black Guilmon, Black Growmon, Chaos Dukemon
Flamon, Agnimon, Vritramon.
Apparently, the following are bosses/unlockables: Neemon, Omegamon, Diablomon, Belial Vamdemon, and Duskmon. Also, the game IS out for Playstation 2, Gamecube, and X-Box in Japan, and the Bandai of America site has created a Digimon Rumble Arena 2 page which says that it will be out on all three too. There's no need to worry, PS2 owners.

According to the Digmon World 4 trailer, it's a "real time action RPG". Agumon, DORUmon, V-mon, and Guilmon are definitely playable characters; there also seems to be a new Digimon that appears, angel-like in appearance. Alphamon and Imperial Dramon Fighter Mode are accessible, Infermon appears, although possibly only as a background character, there are Goblimon and Blossomon, and Apocalymon appears to be a major boss. Digimon World 4 is also definitely for all three consoles, but the Japanese release date appears to be sometime in 2005...and we can assume the American release date will reflect that. I can't tell if Digimon can actually use their own attacks; the principal form of attack seems to be equipping weapons and using them to slice and shoot. Imperial Dramon Fighter Mode has "Fire", "Cutter", "Bomb", and "HealLight". At any rate, the graphics look nice, and playing as Imperial Dramon Fighter Mode and Alphamon would be enough for me.

This month in Japan, they're releasing a new Digimon CD that includes the openings and endings of Digimon Adventure and Adventure 02, a card game convention called Digimon Dynamites, and the V-Jump October issue will come out.

Unfortunately, I still haven't seen very many Booster 24 scans, and the ones I have seen were made in Korea, and not Japan. However, I did see a new promo, Belphemon Sleep Mode, and that's now in the encyclopedia. I'm aware the pictures are no longer in the encyclopedia; I'll have that done again soon.
Well, quite a few things have been evil enough to happen in my absence. The Japanese Digimon Adventure DVD boxset is out, and Monster-X raws (irc.blitzed.org #Monster-X) will be releasing them, I believe. Digimon Battle Chronicle, the Japanese Digimon Rumble Arena 2, also came out, along with the bonus disc which contained trailers for Digital Monsters X-Evolution: The Thirteenth Royal Knight and Digimon World 4. There are torrents for these files; that means you will need to download the filesharing program Bittorrent. Because the video codec used is Xvid 1.01, you will also need that. You can download Bittorrent HERE and XviD HERE.

Once you've got all that installed, you can find the torrents here: Digital Monsters X-Evolution Trailer
Digimon World 4 Trailer

Or if you prefer, you can download the movie trailer on HTTP HERE. Apparently, the audio track for the movie hasn't yet been created, which is why you can't hear any voices. However, the title screen says Digimon Animation Project, Leomon says something about whether or not DORUmon wants to die, that they are equally matched, and then there's something about the fate of the Digital World, blahblah. The release date for the movie is still early 2005; given that much time, we can assume the animation quality will improve and that there will be an audio track, and doubtless more characters. I doubt they'd leave Kouta, Yuuji, and Shinji out.

The Digimon World 4 trailer IS a new trailer, not the same one that was on GameSpot and all.

Card-wise, there still aren't any decent scans of Booster 24; however, there was apparently a promotional card called Belphemon Sleep Mode.

Belphemon Sleep Mode

AND, regarding the new American CCG, it's now apparently out in stores, and you can see the official site for the CCG HERE.The site is still under construction, however, so many of the links are not yet functional. Incidentally, Bandai of America has also rerouted the digimon.com address to this site.

I think I just about covered everything-oh! The X-Evolution page was updated with some screenshots from the trailer.

I apologize for my absence of the last month. Over the next few days, I will be getting everything back up-to-date. Digimon Battle Chronicle, Booster 24, and the X-Evolution trailer are out, as well as a new Digimon World 4 trailer, More information later.
Well, I've been updating all week, I just don't remember what I did. XD; There are some new pictures in the encyc, I think, and Astamon and Belphemon have entries now, and other stuff. o.o

I meant to update more last week, and this week too...but things in real life came up. At any rate, the Digital Monsters X-Evolution page was updated with more information from V-Jump, and Airdramon, Akatorimon, Alforce V-Dramon, Alforce V-Dramon X, Alforce V-Dramon Zero, Alforce V-Dramon Zero Future Mode, Allomon, Allomon X, Alphamon, Alphamon Ultimate War Blade King Dragon, Alraumon, and Amon now have pictures in the encyclopedia.

I've also seen the pictures of Phascomon, Pokyupamon, Astamon, and Belphemon. Pokuyamon is a purple and brown teddy bear that's kind of torn apart in places. He has these weird tubes on him, and HIS FEET HAVE CLAWS. Phascomon is a predominantly dark brown teddy bear with tiny little red demon wings, horns, and a sad expression. Belphemon is the huge...black beast thing with goat horns, red eyes, a black body, and three pairs of demon wings. Astamon is humanoid (his clothes remind me of Jiraiya in Naruto), except for his demon head and demon wings. He's got a gun in one hand, a knife in the other. And he has spiked shoes. The Gate of Mortal Sin is ugly, although the page with it also confirms the crest thing on the Mythos page.

Well, I wrote a full, relatively detailed summary of Adventure episode 21. You can go see it in the episode guides section for Adventure. And since everyone seems to want them, I have somewhat reluctantly started adding pictures to the encyclopedia - the first five Digimon in alphabetical order now have pictures - Aero V-Dramon, Aero V-Dramon Zero, Agnimon, Agumon, and Agumon X. Yay. Although...maybe...soon...*mumbles and looks off into the distance*
Sorry I haven't updated in a while...I just haven't felt up to it. However, I have updated some random pages throughout the site, including some Tamers pages. I've also thrown together a Mythos page, explaining some stuff relating to some Digimon like the Holy Beasts and the Seven Great Demon Lords, but like the Dub Changes page I haven't decided on a place to put it yet. I'm rather reluctant to continue expanding the left menu.

Unfortunately, there's nothing more on the new Digimon movie, Digital Monsters X-Evolution. However, according to the Bandai of Japan press release, if you pre-order the Japanese Digimon Rumble Arena 2, you will recieve a bonus disc of sorts which contains pictures and information on the movie. There is, however, some minor Booster 24 news - the official Digimon site updated with information on it.

[Vending Machine Version]
"The last of the Seven Great Demon Lords who has become the center of fan's attention finally appears! Three of his evolutions [pre-evolutions] appear in the vending machine sets. Also, the "etching" edition of the popular Dukemon Crimson Mode and Alforce V-Dramon can be found only in the vending machine versions! What was previously the most powerful card is re-created with a new illustration, and is the best for strengthening your deck!"

[Regular Pack Version]
"The last of the Seven Great Demon lords, Belphemon, who had held the attention of fans, appears at last with an etching card! In the pack version, all four evolution forms of Belphemon are included [His Child, Adult, Perfect, and himself]. What was previously the most powerful card is also re-created with a new illustration, and all the Seven Great Demon Lords together are excellent for deck strenghtening!!"

Here is the special Dukemon Crimson Mode card and...Belphemon!

Uh...oh, and I almost forgot. For those of you who still don't know, there's a new American TCG coming out around July 17th called "Digimon: Eternal Courage". You can view a sample card from this HERE, at Cyberdramon's site (you know, the one with the black affiliate button on the left...?). You can see box art HERE. From what I've seen and heard of it, it looks a lot better than the Digi-Battle and D-Tector card games. Thankies to rianmon and Cyberdramon. *nods*
EDIT: I was informed by Cyberdramon that the game itself is called simply the "Digimon Collectible Card Game" or the Digimon CCG for short; the first set of cards in this game is Digimon: Eternal Courage.
The encyclopedia now has _every_ real Digimon listed and with an entry. That comes to 760 not counting attribute changes, and like...900 something counting attribute changes. Next month, there will be at least three new Digimon, but it'll be much easier to update since I'll know exactly who they are...of course, I will still translate cards for the encyclopedia, and eventually add images, Option cards, and perhaps a special Items section too. It's possible I've missed one or two, but very doubtful. The new and/or updated entries are: Fujitsumon, Chibi Kiwimon, Ko Dokugumon, Ko Hagurumon, Ko Hagurumon X, Diginorimon, Trailmon of Darkness, Trailmon Worm, Trailmon Raccoon Dog, Trailmon Mole, Trailmon Kettle, Trailmon Franken, Trailmon Buffalo, Trailmon Ball, Chaos Lord, Sukamon Daiou, Golemon (PS), Extra Guilmon, Extra Wolfmon, Extra Agnimon, and Extra Agumon.
No new movie news today. But, I did update the LCD translations page, and updated/added these Digimon to the encyclopedia: Master V-Dramon, Red V-Dramon, Otamamon X, Gesomon X, Shakomon X, Megidramon X, Guilmon X, Growmon X, Megalo Growmon X, Fuujinmon, Suijinmon, Raidenmon, and...
Wait for it....~!
BELPHEMON, the last of the Seven Great Demon Lords. I have everything but his card number, exact evolution requirements, and his A attack....which is not a word I recognize, so I'll wait on putting it in. Information comes from V-Jump.~
EDIT: Oh! I discovered something I threw together a while back, that should be helpful to some of you. It's a list of some major dub name change - and since I haven't decided where to stick it yet, and can view it HERE until I find a place on the menu for it. Speaking of which, this week and next week I'll be working on a solution for the problem that some of you experience witht he layout. The one where the menus overlap and go in weird directions...the problem is generally that you are using Internet Explorer and the View > Font Size setting is set to Smaller or Smallest, but since most of you apparently have no idea how to change that, I'll be working on either a solution for it (that will probably make the current layout look hideous) or a new layout. And next week, if I don't have as many things to do as I have had this week, I'll try to finish up on the movie summaries and a C'mon Digimon section. AND~ I thought I'd say that counting attribute changes, there are about 870 Digimon in the encyclopedia now.
OK everyone, you can find a compilation of all the information on Digital Monsters X Evolution, the new Digimon movie, HERE.

Oh, and uh, Booster 24 news! The last of the Seven Great Demon Lords is Belphemon. Some other new Digimon are "Pokyupamon", Astamon(?), and Faskumon...keep in mind these names could possibly change when we learn what the Digimon look like and other information about them. There's also an option card called the "Gate of Mortal Sin".
"Bandai to Start New "Digital Monster" Project Developing a Full Length CG Anime and Game Soft for 2005 Bandai has announced a new project with their "Digital Monster" characters. At the project's core will be "Digital Monster X-evolution", a new anime released in 2005. "Digital Monster X-evolution" is a full length animation done entirely in CG. The creators include Kakudou Hiroyuki (director of the TV series "Digimon Adventure" and "Digimon Adventure 02") as director, and Itou Kazunori, who worked on "Gamera" and ".hack", and Kawasaki Miwa, who was in charge of the novelization of ".hack" and the script for "Air Master", as scriptwriters. Done entirely in CG, it will concentrate on the "digital" part of "Digimon". Along with this new animation, there will be new games, cards, figures, etc. Nothing concrete has been revealed yet about these products, but a game based on "X-evolution" will likely be released sometime in 2005. "Digital Monster" was originally introduced by Bandai as a type of "fighting Tamagotchi" handheld game. The first of these handheld games was introduced in 1997 and soon became a hit, selling 13 million units nationwide as of March 2004, and over a million units overseas. " translated by megchan, on jap site. not sure if true or not, update monday.
VR-WarGrey, VR-Venom, VR-Sakuya, VR-SaintGalgo, VR-Omega, VR-Imperial, VR-Duke, VR-CDuke, VR-BWarGrey, VR-Apocaly, Wisemon, Thunderbirmon, Flamon, Strabimon, Slash Angemon, Seadramon X and Salamandemon had their entries added or updated int he encyclopeda. Tamers 3, 4, and 5 should also soon be available from MZ Networks since I just uploaded them. And thankfully, there are _very_ few Digimon left to add to the encyclopedia. No more than fifteen, probably less, I don't have the exact number with me right now.
Reichmon, Rhino Kabuterimon, Aquilamon, Garudamon, Punch Narabimon, Pile Volcamon, Lucemon Larva, Huntermon, HariMogemon, Earthdramon, Bun, Babydramon, and Blikmon were added to the encyclopedia or had their entries updated. I should have a bigger update Thursday.
...
Digimon Racing, Digimon Rumble Arena 2, and Digimon World 4 were shown at E3. Digimon Racing's American release date is now set for August. No exact date, just August. Kind of sad, what with it already being out in Japan. It's for Gameboy Advance, if you don't know already.
Digimon Rumble Arena 2 was only listed for Gamecube and XBox, not PS2 listing anymore. It is set to come out August 23rd. Screenshots confirm Nefertimon, Angemon, Tentomon, Agumon, Greymon, Kabuterimon, Togemon, Lilymon, and Metal Garurumon are in the game. Evolution works similiar to the way it did in Battle Spirit 2; you collect orbs that come out when you hit your opponent, and when you gather enough you evolve. You can only evolve twice; apparently, you go from Child, Adult, Perfect/Ultimate, depending on whether the Ultimate form appeared in the show.
Digimon World 4 is set to come out on all three consoles, PS2, Gamecube, and Xbox.
Oh, and the second episode of Tamers has been uploaded by everyone's favorite webmaster to MZ Networks.

. :P
I apologize. I intended to update Friday afternoon, but just as I finished everything up...I was interrupted. So, here it is now. There are 51 new and updated Digimon in the encyclopedia, including all of the cardless Digimon, except the FAX Contest Digimon, the VR Digimon, and a few Black Digimon. The new/updated entries are: Snatchmon, Destromon, Bulbmon, Cardmon S1, Cardmon S2, Cardmon U2, Cardmon U1, Cardmon C2, Cardmon C1, Cardmon R2, Cardmon RF1, Ragnamon, Gaiamon, Buumon, BEMmon, Valvemon, Chaos Piemon, Chaos Seadramon, Blikmon, Chaos Greymon, Generamon, Techno Dramon, Holy Digitamamon, Umon, Lykamon, Hermmon, Panimon, Ookuwamon X, Kokuwamon X, Zeed Millenniumon, Phelesmon, Qinglongmon, Zhuqiaomon, Baihumon, Xuanwumon, Huanglongmon, Gran Kuwagamon, Murmuxmon, Mega Seadramon X, Kougamon, Igamon (V-Tamer), Igamon, Kenkimon, Jewel Beemon, Mikemon, Marsmon, Kuwagamon X, Metal Greymon, Gabumon, Plotmon X, and Plotmon.

Oh, and because I'm so incredibly cool, I uploaded the original Japanese version of Tamers episode 1 for MZ Networks, since we can't host it here...or anything. So you can go download that at MZ Networks.

Oh, and I updated the Tamers D-Arcs and Cards page and the Adventure 02 Evolution Lines page...yeah.

Well, unfortunately I don't have any real site updates...you see, I have the ACT early next month, so I've been busy studying for it. I asked someone else to do the encyclopedia updates I had translation, but it seems they're just as slow as I would have been (or slower). :P

~But~ there is some news. Toei Animation has decided to release Digimon Adventure in a DVD Boxed Set (in Japan). The release date is July 23rd of this year...going by the price, I'm assuming the entire series is in this one set. While you might not be able to buy it, no doubt other people will, and these people sometimes rip the DVD and upload them to other people, and then others subtitle it...etc. So this is indeed good news.

Regarding the site, I have been working on and off on the Digimon Battle Spirit: Frontier and V-Tamer sections, as well as a new C'mon Digimon section. In preperation for something that might happen soon, I've also been working on a CSS2 XHTML 1.0 Transitional layout, but I think everyone would agree that site design is not my strong suit...but I should finish it eventually and like it. If I do this I could also possibly set up an RSS feed system...having the encyclopedia in the form of a database is a tempting idea too; it would be much easier to update, and I could eve allow certain other people to update it. We'll have to see how all that works out...and I will be working on encyclopedia updates and more pictures, since that seems to be what everyone wants, but I'll leave the poll open and see...

In other news, Pojo has stated that he is considering re-opening the Pojo Digimon site, which was once one of the largest Digimon sites out there. It originally closed because the bandwidth demands exceeded the amount of money Pojo made from Digimon advertisers. He said that if he brought back the site, he would also bring back the message boards.

Speaking of message boards, ours is showing signs of life after I prodded it with a stick...!

*remembers something* x.x Sorry MZ! I'll do it...one day. x.x
I've completed the Starter 10 and Booster 23 translations; you will see them in the encyclopedia soon. If you just can't wait, you can view the raw translations here. As you can see in the Release Dates box, Digimon Racing has appeared on the Bandai of America gams website, and is listed as "Coming Soon". There was also advertisements on some Digimon Battle Spirit 2 boxes. The release date is still sometime in April.
<
It also appears that the game will be compatible with the new wireless adapter addon...

Oh, and a new poll. VOTE IN IT OR I WON'T UPDATE! (That's a joke ;p)
Well, the Digimon Card Album released their scans of Booster 23 and Starter 10, so I have indexed them - as you can see in the encyclopedia. This morning, I also finished all of the Red Frame cards in Booster 21, so there are new/updated entries for Plesiomon X, Anomalocarimon X, Raptordramon, Gomamon X, Tylomon X, Ganimon X, Grandis Kuwagamon, Skull Mammon X, Ancient Megatheirumon, Ancient Beetmon, Mammon X, Agumon X, Rajinmon, Raidenmon, Ancient Irismon, Triceramon X, Guilmon X, and Growmon X. I should have finished all the translations for Booster 23 and Starter 10 sometime next week.

Well, unfortunately I don't have that much to update with, but I'll have some stuff soon. I was taken captive and imprisoned in my room for a week shortly after last weeks update for some trivial reason like forgetting to take the wastes of my captors out to the road where the garbage people pick it up. So I laid on my bed played LotR: TTT until slaughtering the most powerful characters in the game got tiring.
But at any rate, I did update the V-Tamer chapters page, and we have a new affiliate - Digital Starlight. You can find a few V-Tamer scans there too, as well as reviews. And...stuff like that. ;p
I know I don't normally update about what Bandai of America and Sensation Animation are doing since they are evil corporations bent on destroying our very souls, but since nothing much is happening in Japan, I will tell you that Bandai of America has confirmed once again they will release a NEW Digimon Card Game in June. You can read the press release here:

NEW YORK, February 15, 2004 – Bandai America Incorporated has entered the hot collectible card game (CCG) aisle with the launch of games based on some of its most popular properties. First to hit shelves in January were games based on the Superior Defender (SD) toyline and Cartoon Network hit animated series of the same name. The Knights of the Zodiac, another animated property with a huge loyal following, simultaneously launched.

Also available are trading cards based on the Power Rangers property, the first time trading cards have been available since the first season of the TV show over a decade ago. CCGs for Digimon and Bandai America powerhouse Gundam will debut in June and July respectively. Additionally, trading cards based on Astro Boy will be available in June.

“Bandai’s unique understanding of these popular Japanese properties has helped sustain their success for so many years,” said Bill Beebe, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Bandai America. “We are taking that knowledge and translating it to the design and game play of these cards. Fans are now able to explore the fantastic worlds of these properties in ways they have not been able to before.”

To aid in accomplishing this goal, an entirely new division and design team has been created at Bandai America to make a unique gaming experience for fans and collectors. Distinct game play has been created for each property, rather than simply recycling the same game with new graphics for different brands – a complaint often heard in the gaming community. Dedicated Web sites for each individual game will also be accessible online with rules, tactics, tips and even upcoming tournament information.

“Bandai is going to be a major player in this category,” noted Danny Satyapan, marketing manager for Bandai America’s new Cards and Collectibles division. “We have assembled a top-notch team of designers and game developers dedicated to bringing Bandai’s coolest properties to life in the CCG arena.”

2004 will also mark Bandai America’s entry in the Collectible Miniature Game (CMG) category. Set for release in June is an original CMG entitled Navia Drapt, which combines minor game play elements of chess with unique magical qualities, offering a multitude of strategic possibilities. Gamers will use a unique flip-dial system to attribute different strengths and values to incredibly detailed miniature pieces.

Assortments for all games include a main starter set and a variety of booster packs to increase gaming options. To keep players and collectors engaged, new booster sets will be released every three months throughout the year, ensuring the games remain fresh and unpredictable.

Bandai Press Release

I will also be writing up a section for C'mon Digimon soon...

Well, I had all of V-Tamer up on an FTP earlier today and for part of yesterday, but thanks to someone who kept hammering it, thereby preventing other people from downloading and me from doing ANYTHING, I had to take it down. Sorry. I know most of you probably didn't know about it, since I hadn't posted about it here yet.

I also apologize for the lack of updates lately; I've been studying for the ACT and I've had more work than is usual lately - but I actually have been working on lots of things, mostly images. None are up yet, maybe they'll be here with a surprise that might come later this month...? ;)

Oh and that reminds me of something else I need to do...sorry, MZ. >_<
First of all, we have a new affiliate - Digimon Himitsu. Gooo~! They have like, all the V-Tamer scans, and have graciously allowed me to serve as a mirror, at least for all I can upload...and then, we have a few encyc updates and modifications, nothing major. I'm just working on finishing the sets Megchan didn't do before Starter 10 and Booster 23 scans come out. Hisha Ryuumon, Pteranomon X, and Ryuudamon were three new entries I remember...
The V-Tamer Chapters, V-Tamer Scans, V-Tamer FAQs, V-Tamer - Other Digimon, Chronicle Scans, and Chronicle Tamers pages have been all updated with mostly minor things - things like a much, much better picture of Shinji. However, since I noticed we were in the top ten of the Digimon Big 50 this morning for a little while, I was forced to throw together something of value. Namely, the V-Tamer issues we previously had up were re-uploaded, AND FOUR NEW ONES, including a special.
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Chapter 4 - *NEW*
Chapter 5 - *NEW*
Chapter 6 - *NEW*
Frontier Generation - *NEW*
And of course, there are more on IRC, 'cause I can't upload them all at once. :p

Hrm, hrm, still no Booster 23 or Starter 10 scans, sadly. But I did upload a nice long detailed summary of the Japanese second movie, Our War Game, and I added the pictures to the Chronicle section, as I mentioned before. Erps, and I just deleted the previous update, and it won't be found in the 'Previous Updates' section. :D

-But- I did upload a nice, long detailed IRC Guide for Dummies. See the 'Chat' link in the menu over there to the left? Click on it and see. There's no way anyone can not figure out how to get on IRC and download files after reading that guide. Remember, you can download Digimon episodes and music on IRC. In English, or in Japanese, or even in Japanese with English subtitles. You can see card scans. You can download Digimon games. In short, you can download just about anything about Digimon on IRC, EVEN IF you have a slow connection. CLICK HERE to learn more. Also, once you get there, please tell everyone that Celebi sent you. ;p
V-Tamer Villains, the Other Digimon in V-Tamer, and the V-Tamer Tamers pages were updated. In the encyclopedia pages, Zeed Millenniumon and Alforce V-Dramon had their name origins added/corrected, and the new Digimon game news was move to the news page. I should be able to get some scans of Booster 23 and Starter 10 in a few weeks...but in the meanwhile, I'll see about finishing the movie pages and the other card sets. Updated the Chronicle section with about one line, fixed the H3 tags in the Frontier episode guide, and updated the right menu. Starter 10 and Booster 23 should be out, I just don't have any decent scans yet. But still, you have all my lurvely Booster 22 translations. :P Also went to all the trouble to look up the new release dates for the Digimon games Bandai of America is releasing this year...the ones that use to be canceled. I wonder why they were un-canceled, don't you? ;)
